An Architectural technician is required to work within the Technical team of this house builder. The successful applicant will hold a HNC or HND qualification in Building Technology; be proficient in the use of CAD; be experienced in the production of construction drawings and liaison with construction staff and consultants: have a comprehensive knowledge of the building regulations and NHBC standards; and be able to operate with a high level of responsibility.
