We have various permenant placements for Nursing and Residential home Managers throughout Bournemouth and Poole.

You must have experience of managing a home before. You will either hold or working towards your RMA. It would be preferred to have a nursing background but this is not essential.
The Home Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the home in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.As the Home Manager you will be accountable to the Care Services Manager for standards of care practice, catering and domestic services, staff and financial management, and the management and day to day maintenance of the home.
