We have a number of vacancies for Care co-ordinators to work throughout Dorset .

The right candidate will have a proven management background in a nursing home or similar environment.

You will have a strong working knowledge of caring for older people with varying nursing needs and an in depth understanding of CSCI regulations and the Care Standards Act is essential.

You will have a proven background in leading staff, and developing relationships to ensure a high quality service is made available for our client's residents. you will be expected to complete client assessments, individual care plans and be able to design and implement creative activities for residents on a group and individual basis.

It is desirable that you will have an NVQ4 and be working towards or qualified as an RMA.

Salary £28-35k
