The first, and best, after school workshops for children to become successful and confident writers.

The Spring term begins on Wednesday 13th January at Poole Grammar school

The Writers Inked workshops are for children aged 5 to 16 to become more accomplished writers and storytellers. The workshops develop young writer's excitement for writing and understand how to weave the traditional skills of storytelling and performance together with the skills to be a confident writer. The classes at Writers Inked are;

* led by writers, performers, teachers, storytellers and actors
* weekly classes during term time
* 4.30 until 7.30 on weekdays
* for each student to create a portfolio of their writing
* to support students if they wish to send their writing to publishers or to publications
* aimed to illustrate the importance of language and writing
* for children to present their work during an Exhibition at the end of each term
* able to offer every child the opportunity to be a successful writer, performer and storyteller
