Our current housemate is moving out so we are currently looking for a housemate for 1 month possible longer depending on the landlord.

We are currently 2 guys sharing and have a double room avaliable in an excellent modern flat which is a must see (viewing highly recommended).

The property is a flat with good sized living room, bathroom and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave included). The flat is fully furnished throughout including sky tv and broadband. The property is located 5mins walk away from town close to bus stops and all shops. the flat also has access to a rooftop which we use for BBQ's and sunbathing or just chilling with friends. We have our own car parking space which we do not use so if you have a car your welcome to use it if you wish.
