Do you have experience of managing teams of Business Analysts? We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join a growing and market leading company based in Bournemouth paying upto £48k.

You will be responsible to identify and lead business improvement initiatives across areas of the business to delivery and measure improvements efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business analysis delivery capability and you will help define, implement and maintain standards. This will be done through effective staff & performance management, development and training, recruitment, resourcing, management reporting and strategic analysis.

You will have total responsibility for the management of a team containing up to 5 Business Analysts. You will have close working relationships with Executive / Board members with regards to strategic initiatives. It is essential that you will have experience with Business Analysis within a senior management position.

You skill set will include strong analytical, interpersonal presentation skills & good coaching skills. They are looking for someone with a tenacious, flexible approach to the working environment.
