Looking for an ambitious dedicated and passionate chef de partie to join outstanding brigade of 5, privately owned quality establishment, scores 5 in this years Good Food Guide, must speak good English and be able to run a section to the highest standard. No time wasters only real chefs need apply. Live in available with like minded chefs, 18 k basic + tips approx 3-4k per annum
