A safe and supportive group for mothers and their babies from newborn up to crawling. Enjoy some nurturing time for you and your baby and meet other new mums.

Classes are held in the Ringwood area and include:

* Simple baby massage and yoga techniques
* Gentle yoga based exercises for mothers and babies (no yoga experience needed)
* Feeding support
* Short relaxation
* Chance to share your experiences of motherhood, talk about important issues and concerns or just chat over tea and homemade cake

Classes are held weekly (term time only) near Ringwood on Wednesday mornings 10 till 11.45 am and cost £8 per session payable in half term blocks - although you are welcome to try a single class.
