i am looking for a house would consider a flat for couple and single person, All are working full time. ideally needed as soon as possible as can move in straight away,

Our budget without bills is £700 - £800
our budget with bills can be anything up £1000 maybe slightly over

we are looking for a minimum of at least 2 good sized bedrooms,
unfurnished as as we have our own stuff
as long as clean and tidy, decor is not and issue
would love a garden
would also like off road parking but this is not essential only have 1 car
all areas are considered but would really like to move back to the southbourne area.

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE A DOG (GERMAN SHEPARD) SO MUST ALLOW DOGS.
