The opportunity has arisen for a talented, motivated and creative chef/cook, with at least two years experience in vegetarian/vegan cusine and a knowledge of gluten free cooking to join our team.

The succesful applicant will need to be innovative, flexiable and commited with a passion for excelent food, ingrediants and customer satisfaction.

Have a knowledge of the latest Health & safety and food hygiene legislation, stock control, ordering, cleanliness and mis-en-place presentation, storage/rotation
leadership and guidance of Commis Chef at all times.

The salary on offer is between £18000 and £20000 per annum.
