I am Looking for management potential Couples to Run a Brand new bar/restaurant/BnB in Boscombe town center/Bournemouth

The Job will entail running a bar with bar food and Modern restaurant and surfers accomodation, the ideal couple will preferabley have experience in these hospitality fields

I will be using a unique Rota system, where staff will work from 7am-1am as a couple for 4 days and then they will have 4 days off enabling a good qaulity of life a rarity in this work!

The position is a live in Position with all bills included. Each couple will recieve £300 (£150 each) per week + accomodation and a £20 bar Tab each per week to be spent at one of the restaurants
