Chef de Partie Pastry Chef Lyme Regis
Our Client is looking for a Chef de Partie/ Pastry chef to help support the brigade of chefs in a contemporary hotel. The successful applicant will have experience of working in at least a one rosette restaurant and be flexible and hardworking. Hours are approximately 40-50 and normally 5 out of seven days. The position attracts a salary of £16-18k live in.
