From care support workers in residential units through to supervised contact visits, the opportunities are unlimited for the right applicants. Whilst the ideal candidate would already have had some training, such as manual handling and first aid, we can arrange these, more important are your attitude and personality. All candidates will be subject to an enhanced disclosure Criminal Records Bureau check, the cost of which is met by Randstad Care.
