There are 3 of us currently living here until the end of this academic year. We are all friendly, hard-working and clean students, from AUCB on our respective Film and Animation courses.

The room available to rent is a single room, furnished with a desk, single bed and cupboard and drawers. There are two toilets in the house, a spacious kitchen and a lounge with sitting space for 4-6 people.

There is a very large garden with the house, beautiful and perfect for summery weather. A drive-way is in front of the house and as none of us are driving, would not have to be shared.

AUCB and Bournemouth University are a 20 minute walk away, or a short bus ride.
