Our client is an already well established retailer in the general products sector who is now looking to rapidly expand its business over the next few years .As a result , they are now looking to recruit a deputy manager for one of their top stores in the Trowbridge/ Salisbury area who within a short space of time will be able to step up and become store managers.

You Must Have;

. - Minimum 2 year retail management experience
- Team leadership skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of retail and H & S law and procedures
- Strong planning & organizing skills
- Knowledge of P & L and experience of budget management
- Demonstrates strong customer service ethic
- Ability to multi task
- Coaching & development skills
- Commercially aware
- Enjoys working with targets
- Enthusiastic about DIY and retail in general
- Works quickly & effectively under pressure
