Our client is looking for experienced telesales executives to join their every growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and thrive on exceeding targets. You will need to be highly motivated and a desire to earn as much as possible. The candidate must have a mature, focused attitude to work. Experience with general insurance sales and FSA regulation preferable.
You will need to have good communication and negotiation skills. Have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will need to have good knowledge of windows and MS office applications.
In return you will get a good basic salary with and excellent commission structure.

Basic salary £15000 + uncapped commission + benefits OTE £60000
