About Us

Any Junk? (www.anyjunk.co.uk) is the UK’s largest junk removal service for homes and businesses. Combining great service, systems and people, we are changing the face of rapid response rubbish clearance and recycling. Already covering London, West Midlands and Bristol & Bath, we are rolling out our service across the country and recruiting Team Leaders for each new region.

The Role
The position is full-time and includes the following main responsibilities:
• clearing and hauling (as part of a two man team) junk from customers’ sites,
• managing additional staff to best meet your growing levels of business
• ensuring your junk truck(s) and equipment are kept clean, smart and fully operational
• building brand awareness through local marketing initiatives (working closely with head office); and
• basic administration duties

Who We Are Looking For

The following are key requirements for the job:
• high energy, self-starter with loads of initiative
• genuine desire to deliver great customer service
• excellent communication skills
• superior time management and organisation abilities
• valid UK C1 drivers license – if unsure, please call the DVLA on 0870 240 0009
• 25 years old or more - for insurance purposes
• basic computer skills (e.g. outlook and excel) and familiarity with the web
•preference for driving slowly!

The Package
Basic salary: £17k - £21k p.a.
Bonus: quarterly performance bonus of up to 15% of salary, potentially more if business grows
Holiday: 20 days p.a.
