I am looking for a professional female to rent a double room unfurnished in Charminster. You will have your own bathroom. Very spacious in a new build flat. 3 min walk into Charminster and on a direct bus route into Bournemouth Town Centre.There is no private parking but there are loads of parking on the street. £300 deposit. I also have internet with wifi. Short term let 3-6 months. I am a professional 29 year old female with an easy going personality looking for someone similar and enjoys a glass of vino or 2!
