An outstanding oppurtunity has arrisen at a stunning Poole Harbour Hotel for a Demi-Chef De Partie. Its a unique oppurtunity within the small privatly owned hotel which has a new 'high end' Italian Restaurant, busy high quality bar and function rooms for up to 120 sit down.

My Client is looking for a Commis chef looking for their first Demi Chef De Partie Role.

What my clients offering...

*Superb salary, based on your experience
*20 Days paid holiday per annum, plus lieu days accrued for working bank holidays
*Full uniform (except footwear) provided and laundered
*An oppurtunity to work in a small, friendly team, with input in to the menus
*Weeks of around 45-50 hours, based on 3 splits and 2 straight shifts

*Chef with some basic cheffing experience on larder and pastry
*The willingness to learn from existing team members
*To show initiative, hard work and the abilty to work alone in rare circumstances
*A flair for pastry, although qualifications are not neccassary
