Our client is a busy fast growing digital design agency based in Bournemouth town centre and they are looking for an experienced talented account managers to be responsible for the effective management of client accounts and account teams. This will include creatively pitching for new business from existing clients as well as providing them with strategic direction.
Most importantly you will have a passion for digital, think creatively and have a professional, client-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree/HND level or demonstrate relevant industry experience. Have proven experience within an agency environment. You will need to have excellent I.T. skills. You will need to have proven experience of successfully developing profitable relationships with clients and primary accounts. It is important that you are able to take clear, accurate client briefs and communicate them to the production team. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills are a must.
For this role you will- Be responsible for client satisfaction, account planning & strategy, maximising the value of accounts, and ensuring quality; Be responsible for the day to day management of clients, building honest and strong client relationships; Assist the account directors in running the team; Ensure profitability delivery of accounts and generate revenue from existing clients to achieve predetermined sales targets; Oversee and ensure the quality of client deliverables, e.g. on time, on brand, on strategy and to defined standards; Act as day-to-day contact for clients to address their business issues, needs and requirements; Understand emerging technologies and digital trends and determine how these will affect clients; Understand the opportunities and challenges of clients markets; Seek opportunities for additional revenue within key accounts; Support the account director/client director in hitting projected targets per client; Support and maintain the annual account plans and quarterly account reviews; Work with project management to ensure adequate levels of resource are maintained to deliver against project requirements; Lead and mentor account executives in client teams.
Salary
Up to £32k + benefits package DOE.
