Chef de Partie Sous Chef
A vacancy has arisen for a Sous Chef in a busy town centre Restaurant. We are seeking a very experienced chef capable of running our kitchen and deputising for the Head Chef in his absence. You will have a passion for producing excellent food consistently, able to lead and work within a small team of chefs and have excellent knowledge of health, hygiene and safety requirements in the food industry. If you are currently in a 2nd or 3rd tier position, have a good level of experience working with a A-la-Carte Menu, have experience of or would like to gain experience of Italian/ Mediterranean food, we would like to hear from you.
Desireable qualifications - 706/1, 706/2, NVQ level 3.
Salary range £16-£18k live out.
