Young dynamic and with smart appearance, a trainee manager needed to learn all departments of a 109 bedroom hotel with leisure. An ideal role for someone looking to go far in Hospitality management. No experience needed but any food/beverage/reception experience a bonus. Long Hours and Minimum pay, the ideal candidate would be looking at gaining knowledge not just money. You would work 5 days out of 7 a mixture of shifts. You will work alongside dedicated managers and heads of departments to help run a busy 3 * hotel on the East Cliff.
