Its all about the attitude (with at least 3 years experience of course!) to come and join the biggest thing to hit Bournemouth this decade. With our motto of 'simple food, passionately prepared' our Head Chef requires keen leadership skills and an attitude to prepare all the food just 'like mother used to make'.

With a chance to shape and develop a growing company offering foods ranging from home comforts to some funky mezzes, applicants must be able to handle a busy kitchen with high volumes, posses an eye for detail, and maintain our continuously rigorous high standards.
