Full Circle Wing Chun is a Bournemouth based Wing Chun school run by local Instructor Sai Jun Mak. We practise the Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun/Chinese Boxing system and are an authorised branch school under Sifu Alan Orr - this Wing Chun system places great emphasis on 'body structure' methods, which is a key skill that allows the martial artist far greater power and control.
