There are many different ways of playing with the sumo suits, the most common and easiest way is to either push, pull, trip, body slam, throw, SPLAT or to push your opponent out of the ring. To prolong the rounds it is better to start from the outside of the inner ring, this way the rounds are more tactical as there is run ups to instantly knock your opponent off their feet. The sumo wresting must only take place on the mat supplied and protective equipment should be worn at all times.
