I work in a pub in bournemouth that previously was a very old bank and then auction house.
now it is a pub/club but we are however not open during the day only from 6pm onwards so the space is avaliable for hire.

It would be ideal as an Auction Room, o use as a location for anyone making films or for anyone wishing to put on a charity vent day or nighht.
