We are looking for an experienced Senior Personnel Advisor to work for our client initially on a 9 month contract to cover Maternity Leave.

CIPD qualified, your role will involve providing a generalist personnel service to Managers out in the business. This includes day-to-day advice on personnel issues including employment law, disciplinary/grievance, recruitment and personnel policies and procedures.

TUPE experience would be beneficial although not essential as well as knowledge of the care industry.

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 1/2 hour lunch.

Start Date: Beg of January 2010.
