We are a world-renowned Hotel located in the South of England and our Restaurant is a renowned and multi award-winning Michelin star operation.

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Sommelier to work in our main restaurant, which offers an eclectic menu mirroring those of London’s finest gastronomic establishments.

The ideal Assistant Sommelier will have / be:

• Previous experience as a Sommelier / Assistant sommelier
• Reliable and trustworthy individual
• Quick thinking, can handle pressure, and able to start at short notice

In return we will offer the Assistant Sommelier:

• Basic salary of £16,000 per year, plus £2,000 service charge
