Hr Advisor (3 month contract) Poole

An experienced HR Professional is required by our client to hit the ground running and support the HR function to cover long term sick leave.

You will be joining them just at the begining of an extensive nationwide recruitment campaign, therefore you will have excellent project management skills and are able to advise and liaise with internal and external clients of all all levels.

You must be CIPD qualified and able to manage recruitment from beginning to end of its cycle.
Our client is a national organisation needing an experienced HR officer to join their busy team.

Typical Duties include;
*Managing the Recruitment Process from end to end
*Investigate and manage Grievance & Disciplinary cases
*Involvement with Job Analysis
*Support the HR Manager with Ad-hoc project work as required.

Initially a three month contract after which a review will take place. Based In Poole, the pay rate is between £10 - 13 per hour dependent on experience.
