Working for a national hotel company you will assist the Head Chef in running of a busy restaraunt kitchen and C&B kitchen that can cater for up to 300. Applicant must be proficent with paperwork, stock takes, rotas and external audits. Working knowledge of Micros would be a distinct advantage. 40 hours a week with an excellent hourly rate and plenty of room for career progression.
