Human Resources Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced HR manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 yrs experience managing HR/functions. You will need to be proficient with all Microsoft office products. Have experience of working at senior management/director level. You be able to motivate, manage and help development of the team/individuals. You will need to be up to date on all current employment legislations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with great verbal, written and organisational skills. You will need to be proactive, self-sufficient and motivated. Be able to be creative at problem solving and analytical. You will need to be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum of 3 yrs experience managing HR department/function
Proficient with Microsoft office products & Sage Payroll
Experience of working at senior management/director level
Experience of managing/motivation and developing a team/individuals
Knowledge of current employment legislation
Salary upt to £27000 DOE + Benefits
