WANTED a bungalow or house within a 20mile radius of Poole.
It must have a side drive and two bathrooms or at least one bath and one room en-suite.We've recently placed our house on the market and won't require a mortgage.May be able to go slightly higher than £330k for the right house.Will consider any property above £275k.
I am a private individual and this is a serious want ad.
The properties we've seen so far have all had 'issues' of one sort or another.There must be some good ones out there.We don't mind doing a little work we just don't want a home under a flight path,within a stones throw of a motorway or be gardenless .Not to much to ask is it?
Our current home is in Sutton Poynz Weymouth, a 5 bed chalet bungalow (see ad in 'Properties for sale').Would also consider a swap.
