We are the IT development team for a highly successful UK based medical company. Located in the South, we are looking to expand to fulfil the exciting new projects planned for next year and beyond.

We are seeking people primarily with PHP and web development skills but with the ability and inclination to be flexible. Being part of a small team you will need to gain familiarity with multiple projects and be able provide input in all technical areas. Joining now is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future of the team hence you will need the ability to learn fast and be able to communicate well.

Applicants must also be comfortable working in a small team environment and able to work independently when needed.

The work is varied and is likely to include site design, creating and developing online medical services, integration with payment gateways, server security systems, server configuration, mobile phone application development, clinic management systems, internal infrastructure, reporting systems, SEO and database design.

Skills required: HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, Apache configuration, Linux – must be familiar with command line.Also advantageous: Experience with web API’s e.g. payment gateways, Google etc., Eclipse, Paint Shop Pro or similar, Java.
