Working within a small team you will be a Chef who is dedicated to not only learn but also to shine with the previous experience you have gained from a similar position. You will have a passion and desire to learn. This Hotel has a busy fine dining restaurant and also caters for conferences, private parties and weddings.

Working 5 out of 7 that compiles of 3 splits and 2 straights being either lates or earlies. 20 days annual holiday Whites provided.

Salary will be dependent on experience.

NVQ Levels 1&2 Preferable but not essential as college day release will be given to the right candidate. Ability to learn quickly and accept responsibility. Able to work under pressure during busy periods. A good all-rounder with flair and good presentation skills.
