Gorgeous, spacious 1 Bed Ground Floor Flat in Burton, Christchurch want to exchange for 2 bed flat/house in either the Christchurch or Bournemouth area, infact all local areas would be considered however must be suitable for cats (i.e. no busy roads please).

Local bus runs from the end of the road, corner shop behind flats, and easy walking distance to Burton Green and Christchurch town for the more energetic!

Flats are only two storey, our flat is the ground floor end flat with more windows and slightly larger rooms than the middle flats. We have lived here since they were built in 2004 and would simply like a change of scenery and have the opportunity to start a family :-)
