Luxurious 4 star Hotel requires a Sous Chef
Our client, a fantastic 4* Hotel in the local area, is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef.
The Hotel benefits from having one of the best reputations on the South Coast and its restaurant boasts a booming walk-in trade.
In addition the Hotel also has an exceptionally strong C&B trade and regularly hosts weddings and banquets.
We are looking for passionate and comimitted individuals who are able to cook magnificent dishes from the finest, freshest ingredients.
We are looking for someone who has a natural flair for the Industry, a commanding presence and a proven background.
Salary: 22-24K DOE
