As well as a fine dining restaurant the Hotel also caters for Conferences, Weddings and special occasions.

Salary is cica 26k + performance related bonus.

Duties to include:

* Planning menus
* Ordering and negotiating with suppliers
* Food costing and Budgeting
* Training and Developing the kitchen team
* Ensuring standards are maintained
* Monitoring hygiene to health and safety guidelines.
