The Hotel benefits from having one of the best reputations on the South Coast and its restaurant boasts a booming walk-in trade.

In addition the Hotel also has an exceptionally strong C&B trade and hosts many weddings and banquets.

We are looking for experienced Commis Chefs ready to take the next step.

Ideally your experience will be backed up with professional qualifications such as NVQ's in Hospitality/Catering.
