have a 2-3 bed flat in northbourne. it is on the 1st floor. there is 6 flats in total 2 on each floor. there is a front and back garden (communal) . pets are allowed aslong as they not disrespect neighbours.

> bedroom 1 is our double. it has a light brown carpet and walls painted biscuite with choclate brown and burnt orange wallpaper just on the one wall facing the bedroom door. i have a double bed and one double wardrobe a eight draw storage chest with matching dressing table and a small walk in wardrobe there is one window in this room.
> bedroom 2 is a single room with wooden floor and cream walls with chocolate brown 1/4 off the way down from the ceiling i have two chest off drws and a wardrobe and one small window in this room..
>bedroom 3 has a double bed sette in with a very modern wardrobe a space saving wardrobe and a chest off drwas and one large window. it has a brown carpet with cream walls and brown and mint wall paper on the one main wall, this room has been made sound proof.
> livingroom is painted white with new wooden flooring brown leather look wallpaper on the fireplace wall . there are 2 decent sized windows and a balcony door in this room which makes it very airy in the summer time, we have a woodburner in the firelace which is very cosy in winter times i have a large l shaped sofa with poof and a dining table with matching furniture so u can see the lounge come diner is a very decent size. there is a fire place
> kitchen is painted white and also has white tiles. u have nine cupboards but it does need replacing by the council but do not wnt to choose a new one just yet thought it would be best to let the new tennant choose.
> the bathroom has a white bath,sink and wc. the floor has white tiles and the walls have new tiles. there is also a seperate toilet tastelfully decorated in neautral colours u also have a two balconys one leading from the lounge and one leading from the kitchen both are off a decent size.
> there are plenty parking outside the flats or around the back.
> there is a nursery and lower school and middle school and high school within walking distance.
> there is a bus stop across the road taht takes you to town center.
> the rent is £60 per week . it has right to buy after 5 years.
> i am looking for a 2 bedroom house our bungalow with own garden as i have inherited a small dog and my flat is no longer convineient we was up till this time going in for buying our flat. The neighbours keep there self to there seves and near enough at the bottom off the garden u have the local shop which is very handy when running round first thing in your pjs lol or more.
