We are seeking a committed, enthusiatic and hard working head chef who is passionate about food. We would love to hear from you if you want to provide fresh food with exiting menus using good local produce. You will be responsible for maintaining health and hygiene standards, daily food ordering and staff training. This post may suit someone who is looking for their first head chef position.
We are offering a good rate of pay depending on experience with 2 full days off a week.
The Talbot is an award winning pub with rooms on the main A350 between Blandford and Shaftesbury.
