A great opportunity has arisen to work in a Hotel in the New Forest

The Hotel is seeking a dedicated, driven and ambitious Sous Chef to work within the existing Brigade of 6 covering a 40 seater Fine dining restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Sous Chef to take up a challenging and rewarding role and to make their mark. If you have high standards, good people skills and the desire to be part of an exciting, developing team, then apply immediately!

This position requires a Chef who has worked in a similar position. Who has an attention to detail so they can maintain the menu’s high standards. You will be committed and passionate about cooking as you will be part of a team that strives towards excellence. There will be 5 splits over 7 days.

Modern English Cuisine Live out, 28 days annual leave.

Experience at either Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous

A good all-rounder with flair and excellent presentation skills.
