This amazing Venue is situated in `The' Stunning Part of the Poole, a hugely successful business with an exceptional service delivery.

You MUST come from a Restaurant background ideally as a waitress or waiter

Position on offer As Assistant Restaurant Manager

- Assisting the Owner in the operation of a high quality venue
- Helping in all front and back of house systems
- Being hands on wherever possible with all parts of the business
- maintaining the development and motivating a large team of staff, inc, training & rotas,

As an Assistant Manager you must:

Be Fun, friendly and outgoing and be passionate about Customer service and delivering this to the highest standard.
You must be keen to work in an environment where quality service and standards counts and come first naturally
ideally have experience of managing a diverse team of characters but your charm and work ethic counts, remain focused , unflusted, think on their feet assisting & working with a possitive supporting striving owner

Hours - When required over 6 Days more or less.. more in Summer & Less in Winter
