Kitchen has usual mod cons with hob and washing machine.
There is parking available on the road very close to the flat.The flat itself is based minutes from Winton highstreet and also not far from Charminste, which if you know the area is great for bars and restaurants,Bournemouth town is only a stones throw away too,as well as being very close to Talbot Uni campus.
Im a very easy going person ,friendly and pretty social,who just loves to come home and relax in this cosy flat ,just would really love someone of the same nature to share it with me.By the way i have a cat so you will need to be a cat lover and i do smoke.Rent is £90 .00 pew week all bills inclusive.
