****CHEF DE PARTIE - £18k with tip share!*****

My client is a fabulous hotel based in Bournemouth, Dorset who are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their excellent brigade. Chefs strong on the Larder, Garnish or even Sauce would be fantastic!

They are currently at Rosette standard and would be looking for Chef de Partie's with rosette experience ideally but not essential.

Also chefs who have either worked in a big operation or a small cover restaurant

The Head Chef wants Chefs to have passion,enthusiasm and creativity with their food and to always have idea's to add to the success of the kitchen.

For the right chef's and excellent delivery in return you will receive a salary of up to £18,000 per annum and tip shares throughout the year. No live in accommodation is available due to to the business of the Hotel.
