An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading management training companies as a management trainer with account manager skills. You will be required to maximise opportunities with existing accounts based throughout the UK by listening to client requirements and providing them with effective management training solutions.

You must be a degree holder with excellent business acumen, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the different management training skills/styles. As you will be working with large public and private sector companies you must be a confident communicator at all levels whilst being able to show excellent negotiation skills. Although you will not be a lecturer full time, you from time to time provide back up for teaching, so knowledge of this is key, as is IT skills. Word and Excel competency is a must.

As you will be visiting clients throughout the UK, travel will be involved with 4-5 days per month resulting in a late finish or a stopover that will be reimbursed.
