This dynamic, unique and lavish restaurant is looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate must have a strong rosette background and be to produce menu ideas for this rosette awarded restaurant.

You will be able to take control in the Head Chefs absence and have experience in stock control and working to GPs.

Must be clean, tidy, organised and well presented. Able to work under pressure at busy times and at all times leading and motivating a large team.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience from £20,000 – £25,000
