This is a great opportunity for either a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie to be a part of a very successful company This nationwide company will provide you with all the that is required to become one of the best in the business.
Job Description
As the Sous Chef you will be required to work alongside the Head Chef in all aspects of running this busy kitchen. You will also be required to deputise in the Head Chefs absence, lead and inspire the brigade, be able to cope with high volume but most of all be passionate about food.
Required Experience
The ideal Sous Chef will have fresh food and high volume experience, be a leader of people and be comfortable under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
The successful Sous Chef will be on a starting salary of up to 20,000 with the usual company benefits. This role offers excellent training and development, with the view of progression to Head Chef for the right person
