Dragon/Tiger Qi Gong is a very ancient self-healing system.
Qi means "energy", and Gong means "work".
The movements involved draw energy into, and pump energy out of, the physical body.
The circular movement of a person's Qi is renewed and recharged by the physical movements of Dragon/Tiger Qi Gong.
