Ladies 5 or 6 a side Football Teams Are there any

My friend and I would like to join a local ladies 5 or 6 a side football team, for training and matches.
I understand that there used to be a very active ladies 6 a side league at The Sir David English Leisure Centre, but it is currently not yet started this season. I popped into Littledown and it seems to be men's only there :-(
Does anyone know of any teams that do 5 or 6 a side competitively?
