A talented quantity surveyor is required to work on civils contracts within the southern region. Although office based you will be working on projects within Dorset Hants & Sussex areas.
Initially you will be based on a £5M civils contract in Dorset with further projects in the future for commercially minded individuals.
Duties will include all commercial aspects including subcontract procurement, variations, cost reports, cost & value reconciliation
Ideally you will be degree/HND in quantity surveying or a related subject with 5 - 8 years experience. Some knowledge of the marine and the water industry would also be beneficial.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills coupled with a high level of numeracy are essential for this role.
